- Please
arrange for the lights to be dimmed before your evening guests arrive.
This will help create an atmosphere for dancing.

- Although
Hitched
carefully moniter the volume throughout the evening, some older guests
and young children may be very sensitive to sound. Try and encourage
these guests to sit away from the band to avoid any discomfort.
|
- The
tone of the reception is very often set by the Bride and Groom. If your
guests see you dancing and enjoying yourself they will follow your lead.
|
- Ensure
that you provide the band with all your information including special
requests and the names of the bridal party as early as possible. For
special requests we require
a minimum of six weeks notice. Please note that
due to demand we are unable to guarantee more than one special request
per booking.

- Allow
a reasonable time from your evening guests arrival to the first waltz.
It is important that you are available to welcome and chat to your guests
before the dancing begins.

- Above
all, remember to relax and enjoy your wedding day!
